ABOUT
You Don’t Need More Marketing. You Need to be Easier to Find.
If you run a local business, you’re already doing a lot.
You’re serving customers, answering messages, handling day-to-day operations, keeping up with your website, asking for reviews, and trying to stay visible online.
The problem is that your online presence can get messy fast.
Your Google Business Profile may be incomplete. Your services may not be clear. Your photos may be outdated. Your website and Google information may not match. Your competitors may simply look stronger when someone searches.
That doesn’t always mean they’re better.
Sometimes it just means their business is easier to find, understand, and trust online.
That’s What I Help With
I help local small businesses improve how they show up on Google.
My focus is practical:
Google Business Profile reviews
profile setup and optimization
local visibility
clearer business information
stronger profile presentation
identifying what should be fixed first
I’m not interested in burying you in marketing jargon or giving you a giant list of things to do.
I’d rather start with a few simple questions:
What is a customer seeing right now?
What’s confusing?
What’s missing?
What’s already working?
What should be fixed first?
That’s where I start.
You Probably Don’t Need Everything Fixed at Once
One of the easiest ways to make marketing overwhelming is to try to fix everything at the same time.
A Google profile turns into a website redesign. Then SEO. Then branding. Then social media. Then content. Then ads.
Suddenly, you’re spending more time managing marketing than running your business.
I prefer a simpler approach.
Start with the areas that are most likely to affect how customers find and evaluate your business.
Fix those first.
Then decide what needs to happen next.
Who I Work Best With:
I work best with local small business owners who:
rely on nearby customers
want to improve their visibility on Google
know their online presence could be stronger
don’t want a complicated marketing plan
want practical recommendations they can understand
would rather improve what they already have before spending heavily on advertising
You don’t need to understand SEO.
You don’t need to know which Google Business Profile category you should use.
You don’t even need to know exactly what’s wrong.
That’s what I help figure out.
I know firsthand how hard it is to look at your own business objectively when you’re in it every day. You know the business so well that it’s easy to miss what a new customer sees: what’s unclear, what’s missing, or what simply isn’t coming across online.
Sometimes you just need another set of eyes.
A Little About Me
I’m Melodee Cool. I’ve spent years working around small businesses, websites, branding, content, and digital marketing.
And one thing kept standing out to me:
A lot of genuinely good businesses look weaker online than they do in real life.
They may have great service, loyal customers, years of experience, and a strong reputation, but when someone searches Google, that isn’t always obvious.
That gap is what interests me.
So instead of trying to offer every marketing service under the sun, I’ve narrowed my focus to something much more practical:
helping local businesses improve how they appear on Google and making it easier for customers to choose them.
I’m based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and I work with local small businesses both nearby and remotely.
Start with a Google Business Profile Review
If you’re not sure what needs attention first, start with a Google Business Profile Review.
I’ll show you what’s working, what’s missing, and what I’d fix first.
After your review, if you’re local, I’d be happy to stop by your business, talk through the next steps, and see if it makes sense for us to work together further.
I’ll bring the coffee.
