MY STORY
From Wearing Every Hat to Helping Others Put a Few Down.
I’m Uyanga (Melodee Cool). I’ve run my own business for 17 years, which means I’ve also been the marketer, the designer, the sales team, and the person answering emails at midnight. Nobody handed me a strategy. I built one out of necessity, then rebuilt it every time the business changed.
Last year I started something new: an outdoor fitness business, built from a single idea with no roadmap. I had to figure out positioning, a website, local SEO, and how to get found by the right people, all while running the classes myself. It taught me more about what small business owners need than any course could have.
That’s the gap I fill now. The same strategy, positioning, and hands-on work I use to build my own ventures, applied to yours. I know what it’s like to be too close to your own business to see it clearly. That’s exactly where I’m useful.
